I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. My order was completed in good time, the website was easy to navigate and I was kept informed all the way through from order, dispatch and estimated delivery. My only comment would be that the items were just in a clear bag, and not boxed, which considering it contained some fairly delicate filters, this surprised me somewhat. But despite this, my order arrived safely. Very happy. Thanks....

Found the service good with no issues receiving the order.
I did however, when looking for the components by name the item was not so easy to find.
I did have the manufactures catalog and was able to search by product code which worked well.
Would recommend to other engineers

Fantastic service! I needed a part for a boiler and the website search allowed me to find it very quickly - it seemed quite rare on other sites. Not only that but the price was excellent and free delivery included! I tried to phone the order in but was told the site was down but to email for a delivery estimate and then order online. I noted the urgency since it was January and that I have a young family. The part arrived within 24 hours and the boiler was fired up and working properly within 25!

I was very impressed with the efficient way my enquiry was was dealt with and how quick my order was progressed.
The email communication was excellent, i cant thank the staff enough especially supplying me with the gas boiler part I required as I was let down my three sites who said they could supply the part.
