Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and efficient. Steve Marshall particularly. I had been let down by another company so I tried myTub. The bath I wanted was out of stock at the manufacturer but Steve suggested a replacement. I placed my order on Thursday. I needed the bath by the Monday and it turned up the next day, Friday!! Admittedly the bath suggested was quite a bit more expensive but time was of the essence. Thank you again for such good service. ...

Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake. Good price and delivered within three days as predicted on order. Many thanks indeed. I did really want a couple of the flexi couplings which are listed on the Grundfos literature as an option for this pump. Noone I spoke by phone or online really appeared to understand what I wanted so decided to source elsewhere when I could be more certain of what I would be getting....
