Good price nd arrived on time once despatched but a lot of faffing about because you forgot the price quoted on the invoice which I ad didnt include delivery which then had to be paid separately....

A competitive price and good service. I experienced a delay in delivery as, apparently, the goods werent in stock when I placed the order....

Very helpful telephone assistant Jeanette. It took some days to identify the correct part, however when found it was sent very quickly. Good communication. Thank you. I will use you again....

Goods arrived in perfect condition and as advised. I was updated fully at all times during the order and delivery procedure both by email and once by telephone.
Stay safe and keep well.

Excellent service, but I find it strange that I can order something from My Tub, 250 miles away, yet its actually delivered to me by a local plumbers Merchant, and at a better price than if I went to the plumbers merchants direct. ...

A first class service was provided by your staff. You sent me updates about my order and the items delivered were exactly what I needed to fix 2 leaking radiator valves. Having searched high and low for the type of radiator valves fitted in my house I was extremely happy when I found mytub on the internet. Your staff were very helpful in ensuring that I had chosen the right items. I am very impressed with mytub and will definately use your services again!...
