Finally received a complete undamaged wc! Thank you all so much for your extra effort and perseverance in making sure the reordered items reached us intact. I appreciate that Mytub were in no way at fault for the extra waiting time and have been impressed with the regular updates provided. It was a bit of a gamble going through an unknown company but I am very pleased with the service received.

We thankyou for getting the order down to us for the weekend , but when i went to collect fron the plumb centre the order was very confussing as the part was in a sealed bag saying 1 pair but with only 1 hose in the bag, so the manager opened a new myson heater box and gave me the hoses from that....

I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. We really appreciate the effort in sourcing the part and getting it delivered to us a lot quicker than expected. delivery driver said we would of had our order on friday but someone had put the wrong postcode on the parcel eg 5dp instead of 5dq so they couldnt find us....
