Recently purchased a Rangemaster sink from My Tub. Service over the phone was friendly and professional Jeannette. Kept informed all the way through the process. It arrived when they said it would. Very happy with the overall service and would use MyTub again....

Overall a good service. I would recommend it to others and use it again. Website is clear and easy to follow, the different part number was clearly shown as the correct replacement for what I needed. The part availability request was answered promptly the request for a suitable fitter took a little longer but was still OK. Delivery time was reasonable, but it did arrive one day early good, but would have been annoying if Id made special arrangements for accepting the delivery. My only criticism is of the confirmation emails. Some were sent in duplicate, which would have been confusing if Id had several different items on order. And one confirmation of despatch arrived after the part had been delivered and fitted!...

It all worked as it should have done, and I received the kit on 28 March, having placed the order on 21 March. That was quite satisfactory, but when I placed the order there was no information about delivery time, or availability. I had to make a phone call to get this information, which I dont think I should have had to . Not quite as slick as some sites.
