Took 2weeks to deliver, took money from my account straight away. When I advised them I no longer needed the part as my plumber had to go else where to carry on with my boiler repair, I was the one who had to pay for the return charge. Incorrect picture shown against product, resulting in having to phone mytub to confirm correct item would be sent. Helpful sales advisor confirmed picture was incorrect, but right product would be sent. Website was updated and now shows correct picture for product. Items delivered. Would use mytub again....
