The processing of the order was very good, with excellent communications over alternative parts etc. The delivery cost was astronomical, and when a massive lorry turned up to deliver a single valve i could understand why. As we use our own distribution the goods are carried from the store to the van to your home, theres no need for any packing the goods are handled with care.
