A conservative delivery estimate which is achieved is much better than a shorter estimate not achieved - even if the former actually delivery lead time is longer than the latter i.e. if you say 5 days and it takes 7 days thats worse than saying 10 days and getting it in 10. Ideally of course you would reduce your estimated lead time 10 days to 5, or whatever and still achieve this shorter time.

MyTub kept me informed of the progress of my order at all times and although the order was not received by the estimated delivery date originally provided I felt that MyTub were genuine in their apologies and doing their best to expedite delivery. Disappointing delivery. After having had the delivery date altered, the date was finally confirmed but it was not delivered. Christine went out of her way to resolve the problem and keep me informed about the progress, which I appreciate. In the end, and with Christines help, I had to go to the carrier and collect the order. Not ideal I would say, and it seems like your carrier let you down. Other than that I was satisfied with the process....
