I was very happy with my purchase, even though it took bit longer to deliver than originally stated. It was good to be kept updated with this information.
I would use MyTub again....

It was my first time, buying an item from MyTub. I was very pleased with the efficiency with which the order was handled and the speed with which the item was delivered....

I was kept informed of progress throughout the order process, even when my order had not come in as expected you told me then a week later you told me my order was dispatched. The item is exactly what i wanted and is now fitted and working perfectly well. You were the best value for money and I would use you again....

Delivered to wrong address which took a couple of days to find. Delivered to "Hawthorn Lodge" rather than "Hawthorns". Not your fault at all just a sloppy carrier. Cant fault your service at all, even though the dispatch was delayed you kept me very well informed all the time. Will certainly use you again.
Many thanks...
