I bought a Riello R40 G10 burner from MyTub about a year ago as retrofit for a 30 year old oil boiler which was in otherwise good condition. The choice and fitting of this burner was non-trivial and I received entirely excellent advice on these matters from your sales team. Great service & package arrived earlier than I thought. Only trouble is Dishwasher complettely broke down whilst waiting on the part, so had to buy another. Will you take the spray arm back into your stock as packet not even opened. Please let me know, as I will send it back if I can have a refund.
