When I called Mytub to make a product inquiry they were very courteous and found me the answers to my questions. Although my order was delivered 1 day behind schedule they gave me ample notice of this and kept me up-to-date on what was happening with my order. Im very impressed with the level of service, the price, and the toilet seat that i ordered as well. Will definitely recommend Mytub to people I know....

Mytub is also the only place I can find that sell the items I require for my gas fire, even the makers dont stock spares for my particular fire. Thats why I deal with Mytub because they have what you need and at a very reasonable price. Very good communications that keep you updated on your order. I was looking for a replacement valve and found the website very easy to navigate. I located the product and made telephone contact to ensure that the replacement item would fit my existing fittings. Having been assured that it would, the item was delivered promptly within the target date. The valve is now fitted and working efficiently.
