This was a first class service, I was updated as to when to expect delivery, and it happened as promised. The cistern was a direct replacement and I was put right by yourselves as I nearly ordered a side entry instead of a bottom entry, so thanks for that. The only drawback was that the inlet, outlet and overflow are all in the correct position but the two screw holes that hold the cistern to the wall have been moved about 38", so a straight forward exchange took longer than it should have. Not your fault its Twyfords. ...

Thank you for keeping me updated on my order. The part arrived yesterday and was packaged well. You let me know by email when the part would be dispatched and it arrived when you said it would. Thanks again ...

Wasted two days waiting for delivery, was lucky the third time. The only thing making me considering buying from this store in the future was the very prompt and helpful customer service. Overall not a good experience....
