I will be completely honest ,i found the ordering and the delivery prety good ,but i found that the communication i received from a lady called christine was brilliant ,the item i ordered was not in stock when it should have been ,and i received messages, informing me of what was going on and when to expect my delivery.
all other companies i usually deal with leave you guessing when your delivery is due .to me communication is everything,how con you plan something when you have no idea where your parts are . ...

I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. We really appreciate the effort in sourcing the part and getting it delivered to us a lot quicker than expected. They are made to order and can take up to 6 weeks my find was a fluke by virtue of the fact that I called Grants to ask a techy question.
They advised it was extremely unusual that they had one in stock so thats when I jumped at it in the hope we could secure it.
So well done you guys for reacting so quickly to my email others would have dragged their feet.
Most of all the mrs thinks I’m a star brownie points for me, which as the ladies in the office will probably confirm have a shelf life of about 12 hours!!!!
