the price I paid was very resonable, the delivery could have been quicker as the supplier I regularly use took receipt of this days before the actual delivery date.
I thought this would be sent direct
I infact asked how long this order would take to deliver and was told it was with woolsley waiting to be delivered two days later. You would please and maybe have returning customers if the delivery was quicker.

Placed the order and was contacted by a very helpful chap at MyTubs to say that the part I ordered was obsolete but that they had one to send me. He range back to check that I had ordered the part from the pt number and not by the picture as there is another almost identical. Really chuffed with the customer service. Would recommend. ...

A 1st class service. I used the online chat facility to check that the part was in stock. Once I placed the order I was contacted and informed that the regular delivery service could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The express delivery arrived within 30hrs ... Everything handled by My Tub was superb, order placing, order acceptance and delivery schedule exactly as promised and required. Shame their supplier Jaccuzi were not as good, correct bath, but wrong installation instructions and drawing, and I believe incorrect installation kit as well. checked with Christine who arranged correct drawing or something close by, I asked Jaccuzi for information on installation kit, still waiting for a reply. So designed own fitting kit and fitted successfully, plastic front and side panels not as drawing supplied, so not going to use, anyone want a Jaccuzi 1500 bath front and side panel, going cheap !!...
