I was looking some parts for my Be Modern gas fire. It is an old model and parts aren’t easy to find. But I was able to obtain all the items I needed from the MyTub website.

I would like to pass on my thanks to Christine and Deb who really got me out of a hole when my original order couldnt be delivered for 3 weeks. They made some phone calls and researched their web content to source me a similar looking product and the end result is that I cant tell the difference between the original product I ordered and the alternative that was delivered. The follow up to make sure the item was delivered for my tight deadline was also a huge reassurance and enabled me to sleep! Delay in getting the order to me because the item was discontinued but they did obtain it & send it. It arrived & a week later I got an email to say it would be delivered next Monday. Not impressed with that communication....
