It took a bit of time for the goods to arrive, but fortunately they were not urgently required. The delivery invoice had an incorrect street number on it but the delivery man used his initiative and called me, so the goods got delivered. My cabinet arrived exactly as stated but had an obvius manufacturing fault. You went out of your way to resolve the problem and kept me updated with progress.
Everything was done so as not to inconvenience me.

Hi, In general the speed of order was very prompt, I ordered on Sunday and received the part on Tuesday.
Unfortunately the part did not fit, with the attachment being too large. This does make me wonder why you are advertising indesit parts, that do not fit

Your website was easy to navigate with a huge range of products at excellent prices. I was out when the first delivery was made and no note was left so there was a delay before I called and discovered what had happened. Toilet seats were poor quality. Dont think they were genuine roca toilet seats as advertised.
