Thank you for keeping in touch throughout the process of ordering this obsolete model, from factory in England, to safe delivery, Wednesday as promised, at warehouse in Paisley. I was very suspicious it would not arrive or their would be vagueness as to the order in the warehouse, which would have meant an irate husband, who had made a 25 minute boat journey and motorway drive, calling me to "deal with it". That scenario did not happen and the young gentleman at the warehouse carried the heavy basin to the car boot without being asked. Thank you for your calls on the morning as promised, your frequent e-mails, and your courtesy . Well done team Mytub, and all you kind young people, your Mums should be proud of you. Found ordering straight forward.It was a little confusing that the date of arrival was found to be a day before the depot received it ,but I was confident that it would arrive the next day . And so it did. ... ...Mrs Mairi Wallace

The price was good but the service was some of the worst I have had shopping on line. One broken promise after another. If I had not progressed the order by phone I would probably still be waiting!
You need to get your act together, I will never use Mytub again.

Good afternoon, I am very sorry for your experience.
No excuses, all I can see looking at the order is we chased this up with the
manufacture a lot. We gave up & got in from another branch which meant it
had to go through several sets of hands.
I am really sorry we did not keep you informed as we should have and normaly do.
