I can only compliment you on exemplary service. You took care to provide exactly what was required and took the initiative to keep my cost to a minimum. Your communication was also first class. Many thanks. Highly recommended....

I wish to send my thanks to you, I have received a call from the centre at about 10.45 this morning to say that my shower had arrived, thanks again for all your efforts in making this delivery happen eventually.

Excellent service - Product came when they said it would and a very competitive price. Thoroughly recommended....

Well it all arrived correctly as agreed.
The actual ordering was not quite as straightforward as we expected. The Company did have a server issue earlier in the day though....

Barring some slight confusion over a late item which turned out to be delivered on time ! my experience was very positive. Everything arrived when I needed it in the end, and the prices were very reasonable. My one criticism is that some of the pictures on the website are misleading, as they either show the wrong item or additional items which are not in fact included....

Great service and great pricing. A pleasure to deal with, especially after suffering some truly abysmal service from a LoughboroughLeicester based bathroom supplier. I wouldnt hessiate to recommend them to others....

Impressive communication and excellent rapid service.
Would have liked to easily obtain images for a number of items especially baths. Difficult to select without images and more detailed specifications in some sections....
