I had been searching for ages for a thermostat for our boiler, but it seems our boiler is so old that there are no thermostats available that fit our model anymore. Almost about to give up, I contacted mytub. Laurie was super helpful, and found two separate parts we could purchase, and put together to fit our boiler model. The parts arrived last week, and now we finally have a working thermostat on our boiler :-. Laurie was really really helpful-thank you!...

Toilet seats were poor quality. Dont think they were genuine roca toilet seats as advertised.

I have spoken with the delivering branch and these are indeed genuine Roca products.
You are very welcome to return them for a full refund.

Good customer service and helpful contact - when it became clear you couldnt supply the original panels I wanted and to be honest, I thought they might have been discontinued you offered me options and quickly processed the new order and partial refund. I was very impressed by the fact that the swing arm which Id ordered arrived within 24 hours of your receiving the order made on Saturday on the Monday morning. Our plumber would have been happier if it had been accompanied by suitable boltsscrews to fix it with but that wasnt actually a problem.
