I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. The 1st order there were 2 cover seats and they were both broken. I sent them back immediately. The 2nd order got lost, then Christmas and New Year stopped process and finally the seat cover arrived. So fr so good. ...

What more could I ask!
