Service was excellent. I placed an order and received both confirmation and anticipated dispatchdelivery details.
I also received a further e-mail to advise that the parts that I had ordered would be delivered on a specific daydate within the expected delivery timescale and the parts arrived, exactly as advised.
An excellent aervice all round.

First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. Description of product was with SIDE or bottom supply. There is no side supply. Also described as having components pre-fitted, this is not true. I expect a partial refund for the inconvenience of this. Please respond.
