MyTub kept me informed of the progress of my order at all times and although the order was not received by the estimated delivery date originally provided I felt that MyTub were genuine in their apologies and doing their best to expedite delivery. Item was as requested and in good condition- (in fact fitted and functioning !)

What more could I ask!
