Order received early on the promised date. The toilet bowl was in perfect condition but, rather trivially, the connector bend was covered in black, sticky grains which were quite hard to remove. Took much washing and scrubbing to clean it, but otherwise it was functionally fine.
Found the whole process, from finding what I wanted on the website, to phoning up to clarify some details, through to receipt of goods, to be very straightforward and efficient. Will use Mytub as the first port of call for future purchases.
The delivery man was a real comedian, in the true sense of the word. On a par with Tim Vine for one-liners. Put me in a good mood for the rest of the day....

Only issue was the delivery time.....actually arrived this morning, but that was after I had chased you a couple of times and we were told it would be delivered Monday, and then yesterday late p.m. Would rather know if things are going to be delayed....

I knew I would have trouble trying to find the bathroom accessories as they were unavailable anywhere! However MyTub found the towel ring amongst their stock! They kept me informed of there search and the great outcome! They could have just said, sorry out of stock, discontinued, but no, they didnt give up and found the item!

I have no complaints at all. I was supplied with a part that was proving difficult too source yet I found it easily here. Would not hesitate to use the site again or reccomend it to others....

I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! However I did manage the order "eventually" and found it easy once I mastered the art so your programme must be user friendly or I couldnt have worked it out. good service, good price - the only problem being with the firm ( Wolsley? ) that delivered it; I stayed in all day awaiting delivery - only to find ( via Mytub) that they had broken it in loading and hadn't bothered to tell me or you; Mytub good; Wolsley bad.
