Within a few hours of placing my order, I received an email back informing me that the item was out of stock, both with mytub and the suppliers, and that the best expectation was 3 weeks. I received an email update when the item was back in stock, with a promise for next day delivery, which was carried out perfectly, in the morning. I feel well treated by mytub, and would happily use them again....

We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company. would like to thank mytub for finding the part i needed so urgently it took a couple of weeks for the part to come but was well worth it as it was a very hard part and almost obbsolite part to get thank you mytub .....
