Prices very competitive, delivery took a while, I guess as you had to order the parts to send me. I ordered 3 and only got 1 but I didn't realise till two weeks after order arrived so didn't feel I should mention it.

I have to say that apart from the e-mail problem your customer service has been one of the best I have ever had.
Thanks again....

After I discovered I had made an error in what I ordered, I requested the order be cancelled and the folks at MY TUB quickly cancelled my order without a problem. Excellent service!...

Requested delivery time for possible order - advised 10-15 days - agreed and ordered online - then to be told delivery not til Oct 08 - I would have appreciated being told this in the beginning as this is what I was trying to find out. However - when I phoned to cancel & request refund - this was done without any problems & email sent straight away confirming refund done - Thank you...

Easy to use website and the delivery was quick. When I did contact them they were quick to respond and very helpful. Would highly recommend. ...
