My order was dealt with efficiently. There was a wait for the item, which was made clear when ordering, but we were kept up to date about the expected delivery date which in actual fact was sooner then expected. Would definitely use again....

Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. I was kept informed of the status of my order at all times and I feel I should give special praise to Christine who went above and beyond to source my item and complete my order. the price I paid was very resonable, the delivery could have been quicker as the supplier I regularly use took receipt of this days before the actual delivery date.
I thought this would be sent direct
I infact asked how long this order would take to deliver and was told it was with woolsley waiting to be delivered two days later. You would please and maybe have returning customers if the delivery was quicker.
