I am absolutely delighted with both the helpfulness of your operator, who called back with availability of stock and delivery when I needed them urgently and quality of the shower hand grips. They arrived when promised. My only suggestion would be for you to supply the screws with the item but I suppose this would increase the price which was very competitive. Many thanks....

Superb, thanks. Very customer centric. My son discovered a broken toilet seat on a Tuesday Morning. I found a replacement seat with you via web and it was with me and fitted by Thursday. Very good service and at a very competitive price. Your regular email updates re order status is an excellent idea. Thank you, I have now recieved the complete order, I was relieved that you did a price match after not confirming that your package was not originally complete, even after I specifically asked whether the condenser was included !
Both deliveries came before the delivery date causing my sick wife to get out of bed to let the delivery man dump the parcels just inside the door, she would not have been able to move them if there had been a fire....

Very happy with the Mira shower fittings plus extra shower head. Despite being the Easter Bank Holiday the delivery was very quick. The prices are very good. I found the team very helpful and would definitely recommend to anyone. I know where to come now in future. Thank you to all concerned.

Nice taps, delivered as promised.
A conservative delivery estimate which is achieved is much better than a shorter estimate not achieved - even if the former actually delivery lead time is longer than the latter i.e. if you say 5 days and it takes 7 days thats worse than saying 10 days and getting it in 10. Ideally of course you would reduce your estimated lead time 10 days to 5, or whatever and still achieve this shorter time.

After ordering a toilet seat that was not for a standard sized toilet bowl that didnt fit. Your customer service was exceptional. A new seat was sent out and the other one picked up for me very quickly. It is so good nowadays to get help and advice that is needed. Well done!
Although in no way your fault, I think next time I might be better changing my toilet so a standard seat will fit, rather than replacing a seat at £92.
