Slight issue with wrong item being delivered, however manufacturers fault and not My Tub. Excellent correspondence throughout. Cant fault the customer service, especially Jeannette who was very helpful. Many thanks and would not hesitate to recommend this company....

While Id consider buying off you again, I was disappointed that the order price quoted was not the final price charged due to what I considered rather high shipping costs.
It also took some time from placing the initial order to actually getting it. The part could probably have been sent by standard royal mail for a fraction of the cost and I would have received it just as quickly.
My only advice to improve your online business would be to investigate mail and shipping options in an effort to reduce costs to the purchaser. Just ringing a courier is never going to be the most cost effective method.
Your customer service was good and the ladies were very pleasant and responsive....

I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. We really appreciate the effort in sourcing the part and getting it delivered to us a lot quicker than expected. Yours was one of very few companies offering the pump I wanted, and the only company offering the Pegler isolating valves in 28mm. I have bookmarked you because of the comprehensive nature of your list.
That the valves were a little slow in arriving was no surprise given their apparent rarity and that caused no hold-up in any case.

I cant fault this company. The toilet pan I ordered was a good price, especially with the free delivery. The communication from them was excellent and my item was delivered in good order in a couple of days, on the day they quoted. I couldnt ask for more. I will not hesitate to use them in future....
