Once I placed the order I was contacted and informed that the regular delivery service could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The express delivery arrived within 30hrs ... I did wonder when I had an e-mail delaying delivery confirmation for a week, but 3 days later delivery was was confirmed and Sunvic valve and actuator arrived on the day quoted. I will have no hesitation in buying from you again....

When the wrong product was delivered apparently the fault of the manufacturer that dispatched it, Laurie did a good job in sorting things out. It was nice to have the personal service - definitely came across as a real business that cared, not a call center....
