While the order is NOW complete, it took far to long to deliver weeks rather than days and the price went up to boot.

Despite an serious error on my first order with MyTub I was suitably relieved to have the matter professioinally and honestly resolved as it was apprantly due to a typing error on your webpages which has subsequently been rectified. Thanks particularly to Rachel who handled the matter efficiently and fairly. The final outsome is staisfactory. ...

Despite the issues with covid19 and lockdown, this company went well beyond the norm to get my mira shower doors, to me in time. Also kept me well informed. Its importantant we support are local companies. Mytub was also cheaper than other major companies which was a great bonus....

Apart from a misunderstanding regarding delivery dates, which may have been my fault, your communication was friendly and informative, which we appreciate. We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. Thanks and regards. ...

I used your check stock feature which varied you had my sink in stock before I placed an order. This gave me confidence that I wasnt going to be left waiting once Id placed the order.
Once the order was placed the communication on my delivery was very good and my purchase arrived promptly.
Price and service are first rate....
