Mytub was easy to contact, I spoke to people on the telephone who knew what they were talking about and if uncertain would look into the matter and get back to me with reliable information. i could see the conversation history by using the contact us form. Item was good value for money
Waiting time for delivery seemed like forever
Item was packed in a box 40 times the size with no packing value and motor had come out of its box and was bouncing around lucky no damages
I would still recommend company
But try and pick up items from stores next time...
