Ordered a bathroom worktop on line. Was advised by email of progress and it was supplied locally and delivered by that firm. Thank you for ensuring that I got the parts before Christmas due to the parts being out of stock.
However I would not have ordered from you if your website had told me that you were out of stock when I placed the order!!! I had to pay the shipping to get the parts on time.
