I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. I was without a working fridge for about a week while waiting for a part ordered from another supplier. Eventually found out that the part was out of stock. Found you guys on the web ordered the part with next day delivery and thank goodness we have cool beers and cold milk. I would like to say thank you to Jeanette who took my call, she was very helpful.
