MyTubs service was exceptional! The gentleman went out of his way to help me with my rather obscure request. In fact, he took it on as a personal quest, going off to investigate, calling me back and showing a genuine interest in solving my problem. My only negative comment would be that the website or the part that I was searching could do with more photographs....

I have had absolutely outstanding and excellent suport from one of your technical team, Mr. Laurence Fineran, over some basin taps.
His responses and advice have been superb, I cannot praise him enough. Please pass on my thanks.
