Really helpful service when I enquired over the phone. Order process online quick and easy. Delivered within a few days and driver was also friendly. The seat was a little different to the original but I supposed the old one was 8 years old - still looks ok and fits properly, but it might be worth mentioning to other customers and having more photos from different views on the website. Just wish to comment on the recent experience with MyTub.
Espeically Steven based in Newcastle, was very helpful throughout the entire process- and the driver who got x24 pans from around all your branches to our offices in Bury. I was advised that they even included x1 free of charge which shows that this company go out of their way to provide excellent customer service.

Ordered a bathroom worktop on line. Was advised by email of progress and it was supplied locally and delivered by that firm. Top rate service and keen prices will mean me looking here first for future product requirements. Although it needed a little searching to find what I wanted on the web site, if you know what you want, you can probably find it here....

While offering best value for this product, which is why I purchased, BUT delivery time of eight working days from order is simply too long for a business user. I will have to consider this delivery delay if ordering again.
