Having been without a boiler for several days, had the runaround from a well known national gas company and a wife threatening to divorce me and emigrate back to her homeland, your swift supply of a part, which mysterious the aforementioned gas firm couldnt source, was extremely appreciated.
In particular, I would like to commend Christine for her help and the urgency she clearly demonstrated. Without her actions we might still be shivering and by now slightly smelly.
With everything back to normal, the one downside is I get to keep the same mother-in-law!

I was kept informed of progress throughout the order process, even when my order had not come in as expected you told me then a week later you told me my order was dispatched. So pleased I was able to still buy the correct vermiculite for my Valor gas fire. I bought a cheaper pack first, of a different brand from another company, which had larger granules. Unfortunately, I found it caused quite loud popping noises when the fire was on. Using the correct vermiculite bought from your company has made all the difference. Also, it was delivered within good time....

A long delay in getting the delivery, and when opened the drain cover was damaged, looked like it had been dropped and a corner cracked, overall not fantastically impressed!

The admin staff kindly brought forward the 1 month long delivery time so that we could receive our bath before Christmas. Unfortunately it didnt arrive on said date, so had to wait until the store opened after New Year. Although the product was good value for money, the free delivery that attracted us to the website in the first place was outweighed by the long wait for the product. All members of staff we spoke to were helpful and polite....
