Although the Cartridge was expensive , but could not get the same anywhere else, had too buy it, but the time it took to receive it was very acceptable. Have not fitted it yet but I am sure it will be fine. I probably could have got a nrew tap cheaper but buying the cartridge saves all the hassle. Would us MyTub again....

We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. The service was excellent in terms of delivery arrangements - everything came very quickly and at the time we were told it would come. Also, communications were excellent - none of the usual experience of phoning one person and finding they knew nothing about what youd discussed with the previous person - everything was seemless. Placing the order was simple enough and the item was well priced.
What I found most disappointing though, was the absolutely crap service provided by your designated supplier and the fact it took three attempts to get it delivered, in this case, Plumb Centre, Poole.
As a result and given that you are not supplying direct, its somewhat doubtful that Id use your services again....

Absolutly brilliant service.
when they say they will do they do - delivery happens costs are good and price check is honoured.
Kept informed at all stages and apologise if something is not quite 100% even though its not critical or detremental.
Communication is out of this world...

Great service and prices, but would welcome the option of a fast delivery service e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery, they will get any parcel most places in the UK, including Aberdeen before 12 noon the next day. The lack of this service meant I had to go to someone else for the electrodes I would otherwise have bought from yourselves....
