Hello, the item arrived damaged, I reported this and was told that a replacement would be sent and the damaged item collected. The service that I have received is good but the packaging which I believe was done by your supplier was none existent, just a thin wall box with no packaging whatsoever. 22 days from date of order was far longer than expected. Maybe you should indicate that goods are out of stockex stock at the point of order....
