I have been really impressed with your service. You provided the correct manufacturers parts for a much better price than other on-line stores which I picked up at my local plumb centre. I will certainly be using you again.
The only thing that I found confusing was arranging to collect which should have been available without delivery charge. Im sure that you could improve this option on your website as despite me phoning for assistance and being assured that I would not be charged for delivery - I was charged. Can you confirm why

I needed an urgent part, this part was easy to find on the website which is great! I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. My part was slightly delayed as can happen and they were kind enough to update me of this every step of the way which was a bonus! Thought I was going to have to cancel my order as it could not be delivered when needed. Bathroom fitter due on 8/7 and item not available until 16/7 !
Staff managed to juggle the order and item delivered promptly on Thurs 4/7 with a smile.
