Delivered to wrong address which took a couple of days to find. Delivered to "Hawthorn Lodge" rather than "Hawthorns". Not your fault at all just a sloppy carrier. the staff at mytub were very helpful in finding the part i needed for my shower and even though the part was only £10 the level of service i received was oustanding from start to finish you would think i had spent thousands of pounds, excellent communication, i was kept upto date at every stage of my order and very fast delivery. this has to be the best company on the internet, staff who are genuinely interested in helping no matter how much money your spending, service at its greatest. thank you Mytub...

After some delay in delivery due to being in lockdown and NHS requiring urgency on their washroom needs ,I was eventually given an acceptable date which got delivered as promised , so I am pleased with that . The product a washbasin tap was as requested and looks good . Yes I would deal with the company again as they keep you up to date with delivery progress....
