Hi, Im sorry but I am not very impressed with the speed of your service.
I placed my order on the 18th October, I had a totally different part delivered last week even though the paperwork had the right part description on it. I phoned the number on the delivery note and I was told the correct part would come the next day - it didnt, & it didnt come the day after that either so I phoned again and was told they had to re-order and it would be with me by Monday this week - it wasnt, I waited until Thursday and had to phone them again - the part is in the warehouse and apparently it will be with me tomorrow!
What looked like a good value product has caused me to phone my customer three times to explain the delay and call your supplied three times so far at peak rate to find out what is ha...

Finally received a complete undamaged wc! Thank you all so much for your extra effort and perseverance in making sure the reordered items reached us intact. I appreciate that Mytub were in no way at fault for the extra waiting time and have been impressed with the regular updates provided. The heating controller was a direct slip-in replacement for the old version I had been enjoying over very many years, and is working well. The only problem with the old one was that the control button for the CH function was becoming very intermittent....
