Very slow delivery on urgent parts.
Staff were very quick to reply to emails about our concerns, but it still took a long time to receive the goods which were affecting our process.

This was a first class service, I was updated as to when to expect delivery, and it happened as promised. The cistern was a direct replacement and I was put right by yourselves as I nearly ordered a side entry instead of a bottom entry, so thanks for that. The only drawback was that the inlet, outlet and overflow are all in the correct position but the two screw holes that hold the cistern to the wall have been moved about 38", so a straight forward exchange took longer than it should have. Not your fault its Twyfords. ...

Happy with delivery of new Toilet Seat, provided with regular update on delivery which arrived on date as advised. Felt that delivery could have been a little swifter however as had paid for item in good time but took a while for delivery, regular updates however were reassuring. Will use again....

Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. They also state that delivery will be some time tomorrow. Apart from this problem it has been a pleasure dealing with you. I appreciate being kept informed as to order updates

I apologise for the mix up in the delivery I have contacted the branch and they assure me your order has been re-ordered. The manufacturer in error thought there was only item on your order and so only sent us one filter. The branch say they sent the one item to yourself until the others came into stock. I placed my order online and was kept up to date with how things were progressing. I received an email to tell me the part was available for collection. However when I went to collect the part it was not available. Apparently someone had sold it. I contacted Christine who reordered a further one. After a week it was still not at the Belfast Depot so I contacted Christine who arranged for it to be delivered to me Free of Charge

Easy ordering process and prompt replies to lead time enquiries. An alternative product was offered where the one I was interested in was discontinued and at a competitive price. Good and accurate communication on delivery. I would definitely use again....

My experiences have been very bad as this is the first time I have dealt with your company and I had to wait 17 days for a few fittings to be delivered.. 1 fitting arrived after about 10 days and the others were " lost in transit "
I dealt with a lady called Christine who was very pleasant and helpful but the lost in transit business didnt wash with me as Ive been in business for over 20 yrs !!
It will be hard for me to deal with your company again Im sorry to say but I wish you all the best for the future..
