Thank you for very prompt delivery. Only problem was the item which was not expensive required a signiature, very lucky I was just on my way out and did sign for item. I asked for delivery to be placed in secure locatation at the property but was e.mailed regarding signiature being required. Perhaps you could look at this if the buyer accepts responsibility...

I was tolda that the item was out of stock after ordering it. I would have to wait a month for it to arrive. However, when this issue was raised, I got excellent customer service and the order was cancelled and money returned.

Yes thank you I received my order,everything was fine,the only problem was there were no screws sent with the spacer. I have made do with screws I had in the house, just as well I had them. I am sorry this is not the best of feedbacks,but it is the only thing I can add.

I have just spoken to the manufacture & they inform me the screws should be in the back of the fire & so are not supplied with the spacer.

I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. I not only got the part I needed, I was kept up to date regularly about the order by phone and email. the service couldnt have been better. I will certainly use you again and recommend you to others. after placing initial order and paying for it i was then told my item was obsolete my tub dont stock it but they said they would source my item for me which ended up costing me £25 more than mytubs original price. i feel i could have been told before payment that they dont have items in stock leaving me free to look elsewhere or they could have quoted a price items will cost you after they order them in for you first before taking your money. not as cheap as you first appear!!

Unfortunately obsolete items do not get the price updated so will appear a great deal cheaper than the replacement product.
