Delivered on the day specified, the contact I received from you was second to none I was kept informed all the way through the order. The cheapest I have found anywhere for that toilet so I will be using you in the future. Thank you for an excellent service...

Very helpful and accomodating, but a little difficult to contact directly via email, except through the notes page. Altogether a very positive experience however....

I have used my tub a few of times now and have had a very good service every time. Products are dispatched promptly and communication via emails is excellent and the staff know all about their products. I am always happy to use my tub. ...

Excellent service and staff. Kept me informed each step of the way with a made-to-measure order. Answered my queries extremely quickly even before I ordered. Good prices. Will use again. Well done all round!...

I would not buy this if I was getting someone else to fit, as they would not be able to fit it very well in the time they had allocated to the job.
Also think twice before buying a ready-assembled vanity unit if the pipework means you need to cut away the back at all - it is quite awkward to get at once assembled, whereas the parts of a self-assembly one can easily be cut o...

All seemed to go very well until the delivery didnt turn up on the promised day. I chased it and Customer Service was very helpful and the basin turned up a working-day late, so all was well in the end.

Found the service good with no issues receiving the order.
I did however, when looking for the components by name the item was not so easy to find.
I did have the manufactures catalog and was able to search by product code which worked well.
Would recommend to other engineers
