My order was fulfilled by Plumb Centre, Reading who not only failed to turn up on the agreed morning, but also sent the wrong sink their picking error - the paperwork sent to them was correct.
However, Jeannette sorted it all out for me and managed the situiation through to a satisfactory conclusion.
Well Done !

I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. We really appreciate the effort in sourcing the part and getting it delivered to us a lot quicker than expected. We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company. Hi,
Order arrived promptly and is an exact match for replacement valves within our childrens nurseries, there are over 150 of these valves and the children keep on breaking them..... Did try to purchase these at plumbase and plumbcentre but they could not help me! Ill be using you from now on even though these were dispatched from Burton uponTrent......
