Very pleased with the service. Slight delay in delivery was communicated to me as soon as it was known about, and delivery followed 24 hours later.
Thank you....

I can only compliment you on exemplary service. You took care to provide exactly what was required and took the initiative to keep my cost to a minimum. Your communication was also first class. Many thanks. Highly recommended....

Absolutly brilliant service.
when they say they will do they do - delivery happens costs are good and price check is honoured.
Kept informed at all stages and apologise if something is not quite 100% even though its not critical or detremental.
Communication is out of this world...

Towel rails received - very well packaged!
Staff helpful - only problem was delay in receiving goods - marked as in stock on website but turned out to be only supplied on order which delayed things by a couple of months..
Other than that, all good....

Very pleased with the service of this company, as wed had difficulty sourcing the item locally. There was a slight delay in it arriving but I was kept informed of the situation all along, so it wasnt a concern. Emails were replied to promptly and the member of staff at the branch where I collected the item was pleasant and efficient. ...
