I have bought numerous items for my gas fire and have always had very good service. Mytub is also the only place I can find that sell the items I require for my gas fire, even the makers dont stock spares for my particular fire. Thats why I deal with Mytub because they have what you need and at a very reasonable price. Very good communications that keep you updated on your order. The part I ordered came in reasonable time, I picked it up from my local plumb centre. At first I was quite annoyed at the fact that my location was going to incur a £15.00 vat delivery charge, this is maybe something that could be made clearer at the time of purchase, however , the communication between myself and your customer service department was excellent, and they assured me no charge would be added if I picked it up in Castlewellan. I would use you again in the future...
