Apart from the very late delivery, which I know was beyond My Tubs control thanks UK Mail, I know it’s a busy time of year but “Next Day” delivery was a full two days late otherwise My Tubs regular communications with me and chasing UK Mail to deliver before Christmas, were spot on. I have received great service from several people of this compnay, all patient clear and very very helpful, as I am a women have no knowledge in unvented cylinders things were explained to me clearly without being annoyd by the number of times I had to call or email, and for that reason I purchased my cylinder from them because I know I can get a good service...

Many thanks for your help. I did contact the manufacturer and I spent a great deal of time on the internet finding possible suppliers.
It appears that the part is definitely unavailable and I am now having to replace the cooker, even although it is still in "reasonable" condition.
I would like to say that your service has been way beyond what I had expected and that you have gone out of your way to be extremely helpful.
It will not be forgotton.
