When I couldnt find exactly what I wanted on the site, I contacted your staff by phone, who were extremely helpful and pleasant. They arranged for the parts I needed and put a special item on the site so that I could purchase what i needed.

Prompt delivery and good communication. Confusing stock check feature which goes off to some form about nationwide distributors. I just added it to the cart and bought it from the product page, but nothing said you had it in stock. Would it have told me if it was unavailable

The heating controller was a direct slip-in replacement for the old version I had been enjoying over very many years, and is working well. The only problem with the old one was that the control button for the CH function was becoming very intermittent....

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. I was kept informed of the status of my order at all times and I feel I should give special praise to Christine who went above and beyond to source my item and complete my order.
