My Tub experienced difficulties in sourcing one item on my order although it was advertised as being stocked on their website. However, I was kept informed at all times of progress in tracking it down and, where estimated times for fulfilment of the order were exceeded, an explanation and revised eta was always forthcoming unprompted. Excellent communications meant that this is a firm I would deal with again without hesitation...

Excellent service throughout. Including availability information, order processing, delivery and then resolving a problem caused by me ordering the wrong item by mistake and then arranging the return and supply of the replacement promptly. ...
